We use the obvious, dependable Indian e-commerce stack — not exotic glue. Below is what's wired up today; anything else you'd want is on the table to add.
Payments — Razorpay
Razorpay handles cards, UPI, net banking and wallets out of the box. Payment data goes straight to Razorpay — we never store card details on our side.
Shipping — Shiprocket
Shiprocket gives you access to the major Indian couriers, automatic rate-shopping, label generation and tracking, all from inside StoreCrew.
WhatsApp Business API
The whole operating layer rides on the official WhatsApp Business API — for order notifications, customer chats, broadcast campaigns, and the AI-driven workflows we run for you.
Instagram Graph API
Posts, stories and reels are scheduled and published directly via the Instagram Graph API — the same pipeline you see in the marketing reel.
Need something specific — another payment gateway, a courier you already have an account with, an analytics tool? Tell us. We'd rather add a real integration on request than ship a half-baked one nobody asked for.

More payment gateways
PhonePe Payment Gateway and Cashfree alongside Razorpay — pick the one your accountant prefers, or run both for redundancy.
Direct courier accounts
Delhivery, Blue Dart and DTDC directly — not just via Shiprocket aggregation. Useful if you already have an enterprise rate card with them.
Analytics & attribution
Meta Pixel, GA4 and Search Console wired into the store and app so your campaigns have real attribution — not guesswork.
Shopify / WooCommerce migration
Two-way catalogue sync if you're already on Shopify, or a clean import path from WooCommerce. So you don't have to re-enter every SKU.
Email & marketing tools
Klaviyo, Mailchimp or whatever you use for email — so the marketing engine isn't WhatsApp-and-Instagram-only.

Encrypted in transit
All traffic between your app, store and our backend is served over HTTPS. Standard TLS, no funny business.
Card data never touches us
Payment details are handled directly by Razorpay under their PCI-DSS scope. We don't store card numbers or CVVs on our side — we just receive the order outcome.
Hosted in India
Customer data is hosted in India. We're building DPDP-aligned controls — consent, retention, deletion-on-request — into the admin as we onboard real customers.
